I need help finding a company that writes software

Guys,

I have been working on a few systems this year that are a lot of work to track. I have had to limit the potential of the systems due to time involved and flat out getting burned out.

I want to find a company that I can explain what I want the software to do and have a program written up. Of course I want to own all the rights to it once it is done.

I found a small company online that looks promising but really I want to research this as much as possible.

Any tips on locating a writer would be greatly appreciated.

I know not much exposure down here but I wanted to update my findings so far.

I found a website that allowed me to post my project details and within hours I have several estimated price quotes.

I gotta say this is definitely the way to go to get a program written.
